Thank you for shopping with Decor Pool.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unused.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Installed products
- Clearance or final sale items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
